Now Assist usage resets on the customer's contract anniversary date, providing a fresh allocation of the full entitlement each year. Enhanced tracking capabilities allow customers to monitor consumption throughout the contract term, with underlying calculation improvements included in this release.
What's Changed:
- Usage pools reset automatically on contract anniversary dates
- Full entitlement is allocated at the start of each contract year
- Unused assists do not roll over to subsequent periods
- Backend calculations updated to support annual reset model
- The instance has to be on the Yokohama release or later release for this application to work.
