Service Express offers the right hardware solution for your business needs. With our integration, you can seamlessly open and track hardware incidents from your ServiceNow instance.
The ExpressConnect® incident integration uses our REST API to connect your ServiceNow instance for two-way incident syncing. When you open an incident, the integration automatically checks if the equipment is under contract with Service Express and assigns it to our team for resolution.

Customer Overrides:
- The Service Express Incident Integration application is designed to allow customers to extend or override certain business logic within the dashboard, while keeping the core certified functionality protected. Customers are encouraged to override only those methods necessary for their custom workflows.

- Fixed a bug where comments on incidents with multiple lines could not be posted to the ExpressConnect API due to an invalid POST body error. Now before posting comment data, the comment text will be JSON encoded to ensure it will be valid for the POST body.
