- This tool will help customers understand the scope of task summarization for their use-cases. It shows the summarization coverage by Active/Closed Incidents, Reassignments etc.

1. Summarization Insight dashboard UI Builder widgets for ITSM/CSM/HR event handlers were updated to fix table redirection URL issues.
2. Updated the filter condition on the data source entries for the aggregation query to fix the no-data issue on the widget for ITSM/CSM/HR.
3. Implemented three new ACLs for ITSM/CSM/HR to fix the query_range for the write audit issue.
4. The date filter view on the UI builder was updated to “Relative ranges only” to remove the custom date range selection from the Summarization Insight dashboard.
5. Updated the table name on the sys_ux_list table to view HR records for the HR Summarisation insight table. The issue was that it was showing CSM records on the HR insight table on the dashboard List.
6. The fix script "HRCaseSummarizationInsightDataLoad" has been updated to insert the HR case record into the HR case summarization insight table, setting the case_state field to either "active" or "inactive" depending on the HR Case record.
