Easily automate employee requests in your custom applications with the Flow Templates for HR Management application. Rather than creating a new flow from scratch, users can choose the relevant template in App Engine Studio and follow the guided screens to create a new flow. These templates leverage the IntegrationHub SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and UKG spokes to allow employees to update personal information and view and request time off from the Service Catalog.
Setup screens guide you and indicate what information is required. Flows generated from templates provide additional explanations and can be customized as needed. The templates are all triggered by Service Catalog requests and in setup, you can map catalog variables and optionally modify the flows as needed.

- Request Time Off Balance from the Service Catalog
- Triggered by a Service Catalog Request. The flow returns an employee's time off balance in external systems.
- Spokes: SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG
- Request Time Off from the Service Catalog
- Triggered by a Service Catalog Request. The flow submits a time off request in SuccessFactors.
- Update Employee Address from the Service Catalog
- Triggered by a Service Catalog Request. The flow updates an employee's address in SuccessFactors.
