External users, including customers, partners, and the public, can contact your organization directly to submit concerns, get clarification, and to access legal information. This builds trust and shows organization's commitment to accountability and legal compliance.
The External Legal Service Center application has the following features:
- Self registration for external users.
- Submit requests for legal services.
- View and track submitted requests.
- Notifications to stakeholders when a request is submitted or updated.
