With this feature, you can now add an extra layer of security to your sensitive documents by requiring a password for anyone attempting to open the PDF. This ensures that only authorized individuals can access the content, adding an important level of confidentiality to your files.
How to use the Password-Protected PDF feature:
On the document form of ServiceNow, admin can see an option to set a password for the document.
After downloading, enter your password provided by email and confirm it. Make sure to remember or securely store the password, as it will be required to open the PDF later.
Minor UI (User Interface) Enhancements: Alongside the introduction of the new features, we have also made some minor enhancements to the user interface to improve overall usability and aesthetics.
