The ServiceNow Privacy Case Management application helps customers manage their privacy breaches. Collaborate with key stakeholders by performing privacy breach assessments, creating investigation tasks, and managing and reporting breach notifications as per the regulatory obligations. It also helps privacy case analysts to analyze the causes and consequences as part of the post-case review process.
