        ActiTrack is a smart meeting tracker application built on the ServiceNow platform that integrates with Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams. It enables users to schedule meetings or fetch details using existing meeting links or IDs. Leveraging real-time webhook notifications, the app automatically updates meeting statuses and fetches transcripts when available.
Once a transcript is captured, Now Assist generates a summarized version and identifies actionable items. These are automatically recorded and assigned to the respective users. The system sends follow-up emails starting one day after the action item is created and continues for up to three days unless marked as completed.
If no response is received, an escalation email is sent to the action assignee’s manager. This ensures accountability and timely execution of meeting outcomes. ActiTrack enhances collaboration, automates post-meeting tasks, and improves productivity across the organization.
1. Multi-Platform Meeting Integration: Seamlessly schedule meetings in Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams directly within ServiceNow and also retrieve existing meeting details using the meeting link or ID from Zoom, Webex, or Teams.
