This application is designed to integrate Service Model Foundation with Order Management to streamline operations and optimize the end-to-end life cycle for order management.
Manage and fulfill customer orders and empower channel partner staff to create, modify, and track orders throughout the sales process with the integration of Service Model Foundation with Order Management.
You can also create orders for specific business locations, to enable business location staff to monitor and manage the orders for their locations effectively.
Use the integration to perform the following actions.
- Create orders for business locations
- Modify and manage orders for the business locations
- Track seller and buyer details of the order
