AIUX Widget Builder
A powerful widget authoring tool for creating, editing, and managing AIXF widgets on your instance. The AI Experience Framework Builder app introduces a full widget development experience for platform admins, enabling them to build new widgets from scratch — either manually through code or with AI assistance via ServiceNow Otto — and instantly make them available on the instance for use.
Admins can browse and preview existing widgets, clone them as starting points, or edit them directly. For each widget, the Builder provides a complete authoring environment with a code editor, live preview, and property configuration.
- The AIUX Widget Builder is used for creating, editing, cloning, and managing AIXF widgets
- Author on your instance — widgets are available immediately on the instance once created
- Manual widget creation with a built-in code editor
- AI-powered widget generation via ServiceNow Otto (requires the ServiceNow Otto for AI Experience Framework plugin)
