- PRB2068091: Resolved an issue where Now Assist chat failed to start for all users on an instance. When an optional user-information lookup was unavailable, chat startup returned an error instead of continuing, making the assistant inaccessible instance-wide. Chat now starts normally when that optional information cannot be retrieved.
