When a question comes up, ServiceNow Otto surfaces answers from similar past assessments, with sources, instead of starting from scratch. Responders can review, edit, or accept suggestions, giving them full control and less repetitive work.

Instantly access multiple answer options pulled from similar questions in past assessments—eliminating manual research and accelerating completion time.
2. AI Summary
Track transparency at a glance: see the exact count of AI-generated and AI-applied questions, ensuring visibility into AI's role in your assessment.
3. AI-Assisted Question Filter
Quickly identify and isolate questions powered by AI assistance, enabling selective review and validation before submission.
4. AI Impact Summary
Before finalizing submission, review a detailed breakdown of AI's contributions—questions suggested, answers applied, and confidence levels—for full accountability.

- The AI suggestion icon in section navigation now appears only when suggestions are available for visible questions. Previously it also appeared when suggestions existed only for hidden questions.
