Generative AI
Agent Miner is a generative AI feature that helps customers identify automation opportunities. After installation, Agent Miner automatically analyzes your Incidents and Cases at the 30-day mark with no configuration required, and highlights the AI Agents that may help resolve your most common issues. You can also trigger an on-demand analysis at any time from the Agent Miner application.
Uses state-of-the-art AI to identify recurring themes in your Incidents and Cases. Then it creates the steps to resolve those problems. For each step, it will then search for an AI Agent (custom or OOTB) that can address it either fully or partially.
