- Native ServiceNow popup. The caller's matched devices render directly inside a ServiceNow Incident with no iframe, launched from the application menu. Deep-linkable by incident sys_id.
- Device matching. Match a caller to their devices by Custom Field (an email custom field on the device) or by Logged-on User (the current or last logged-on user PDQ Connect collects automatically). When more than one device matches, a picker lists them all.
- In-instance admin "Settings" page. Add and edit organizations, pick a matching strategy, choose which device fields appear in the popup, run Test Connection, and toggle debug logging, all without the CLI.
- Per-organization configuration. Each PDQ Connect organization carries its own URL, encrypted API key, and match settings; editing one does not affect another.
- Device actions. Open device details, start a remote session, and deploy a package to the caller's machine from the popup.
