Skills Foundation serves as a foundation for Talent Development. The application lets companies bring in their career data and link it to skills.
Skills Profile
- Employees can upload their resume or LinkedIn data. They can then add the extracted skills to their talent profile. (Using LLMs)
- Employees can easily add skills and skill proficiencies using the skill recommender.
- Employees can view and update role specialty and related skills.
- Employee gets nudges via proactive prompts to update their profile based on recent activities
- Skills available in all Service Now languages
Talent Development
- Managers can view employee's recent activity on a skill to make a decision on skill validation
