Service Bridge enables providers to easily connect with their customers that use the NOW Platform, without the need to set up or maintain costly custom integrations. Service catalogs and workflows are seamlessly connected across the provider’s ecosystem. Customers can make service requests and receive support from their providers directly from their own ServiceNow instance without having to swivel-chair to another system.

- Simplifies the process of establishing integrations between the provider’s ServiceNow instance and their customer's ServiceNow instances.
- Enables the provider’s customers to request services and support, track progress, and receive service updates and notifications from their own ServiceNow instance.
