- Bi-directional CMDB Synchronization: Automates synchronization of Configuration Items (CIs) and relationship data between OpenText Universal CMDB and ServiceNow CMDB, reducing manual effort and integration complexity
- Import Flow (UCMDB → ServiceNow): Pulls CI topology data from UCMDB via TQL queries, stages it in ServiceNow Import Sets, and reconciles into CMDB tables using the Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
- Export Flow (ServiceNow → UCMDB): Pushes CI records from ServiceNow to UCMDB, maintaining identity consistency via correlation_id
