The ServiceNow Service Graph Connector for Nozomi Networks is a one-way integration from Nozomi Networks CMC or Nozomi Networks Vantage to your ServiceNow instance. The Nozomi Networks connected appliances respond to a query on a schedule set by the administrator of the Service Graph Connector app. The query delivers to your ServiceNow instance:
- CMDB Asset Information, including OT Assets and NIDS Appliances
- Incident Information

The Service Graph Connector for Nozomi imports asset and alert information from one or more Nozomi CMC or Vantage instances. Using the ServiceNow IntegrationHub ETL, Nozomi-discovered assets will be correctly mapped to the appropriate ServiceNow CMDB CI classes and OT Assets with Purdue level information where applicable. In addition, Nozomi alert/incident information can be optionally imported as ServiceNow Incident tickets.
