The Manufacturing Dealer Management store application enables OEMs to engage with dealers while providing services to their customers. Dealers can create pre-authorization requests, repair claims as well as sales promotion claims using the Dealer portal. The dealer users can see the status of these claims and respond to the OEM when needed. Whenever the OEM issues a product recall, the recall details are published to the dealer through the dealer portal. Dealers can verify if a specific product serial number is impacted by the recall. After completing the recall related corrective actions, the dealer can also submit a repair claim to the OEM to get reimbursed for the part and labor costs incurred.
Quality:
Dealers can now also report Product Non-Conformances directly through the Dealer Portal. This enables dealers to log quality issues identified in the field, provide structured details and supporting evidence, and collaborate with the OEM on resolution. The Non-Conformance workflow ensures better visibility, faster triage, and improved traceability from issue detection through correction and containment actions.
Comprehensive Channel Partner Data Model
The Manufacturing Dealer Management store app incorporates a robust data model designed to represent channel partners. These partners are service organizations defined within the Service Model Framework, enhanced with additional attributes tailored specifically to meet the unique requirements of the manufacturing industry.
