Designed for order operations teams, the Manage order operations application automates the intake process for order case creation. Instead of relying on manual requests, customers interact with a Virtual Assistant (VA) that captures inputs and automatically creates order cases. This reduces handling time, improves operational efficiency, and enhances customer satisfaction.
- Automate the process of creating order cases on the Business Portal.
- Retrieve customer inputs in text or voice format, classify intent, and route them to the Virtual Agent for action.
- Identify the earliest possible delivery date for expedited product delivery on a specific customer order.
- Reconfirm the order number and requested delivery date with the customer.
- Create an order case autonomously based on inputs provided in the Now Assist panel.
- Redirect the customer to the order case detail page on the Business Portal from Now Assist panel upon selecting the order case number.
- Display the status of order case lines as Resolved or Accepted for the created order case.
- Populate the Requested expected date with the new delivery date on order case lines as agreed with the customer.
- Populate the AI Agent user details automatically, including order case number and timestamp information.
