Strategic Portfolio Management - Centralized interface to manage and track financials. Financials Core is an internal application built on the base of the 'Investment Funding' application to enable Financial Planning of execution and strategic work entities in a generic model. Financials Core also contains the code base for the Investment Funding application which supports the capabilities to add and allocate funds for Pro customers.

Fixed:
- Inconsistent number formatting (locale) within the same workspace, ensuring uniform number representation across all sections.
- The capital budget is not correctly populating from the investment budget.
- Incorrect validations in Simple financials.
- Addressed an upgrade issue (Q3 2025 to Q4 2025) where the investment currency for the budget was not populated when project currency was enabled, and budget data existed in the investment budget table.
- Corrected issues related to creating a new expense line for Demand.
- Restricted editing of investment currency and converted artifact currency fields from the list view to maintain data integrity.
- Corrected the inappropriate heading level defined in the "Create Baseline" dialog within Project Workspace to ensure proper structure and accessibility compliance.
- Fixed the issue where Group By with added columns was not displayed when the "Enable Benefit" system property was set to false.
- Resolved the keyboard focus issue where focus did not land on the newly opened pane in Project Workspace.
- Ensured the Financials page refreshes correctly after Cost Plan (CP) or Benefit Plan (BP) form submission.
