Fixed
- Total planned cost roll-up was doubled when sn_invst_pln.budget_allocation_attribute was set to cost_type.
- Actual Capex/Opex fields were editable in the Investment Funding Portal for single-source investments, when they should have been read-only.
- The error message for fiscal period validation was only displayed on the first save attempt when creating or editing cost plans outside the project schedule.
- Creating an expense line or cost plan in the Project Workspace incorrectly used the user's domain instead of the project's domain.
- The Financial Summary page showed empty M12 values for resource-based cost plans when using the hh:mm time format.
- An error dialog appeared when creating new projects or demands, or when updating grid views in the Prioritization/Roadmap tabs.
- Inconsistent color in the timescale selector and aligned the 'New Cost Plan' button for better visual consistency.
- The getDotWalkedValue method in BaselineAPI was returning undefined for Portfolio Description in Project Financial Baselines.
- Updates or deletions in the Investment Budget table were not syncing with the corresponding budget values in the cost plan breakdown and investment records.
- A performance issue in the "Sync planning item fields to Investment" Business Rule caused excessive flow contexts during cost plan synchronization with teamspace demands.
- Closing the expense line side panel and toggling the budget view caused grid distortion in cost planning.
- The 'Generate Labor Costs' button was incorrectly visible for capabilities and features without resource assignments.
- Investments were not being created for demands submitted by non-admin users with specific business partners.
- The Project Workspace and Strategic Planning Workspace were bypassing ACLs, allowing unauthorized updates to financial records.
- Budget migration included invalid task type breakdown records that were missing project funding during budget transfers.
- The 'Entered (demand) currency' field was not auto-populating in cost plan forms when multi-currency was enabled.
- An incorrect error message appeared on the SPW Financials page, showing an integration error instead of a missing investment entity notification.
- A race condition in the Financials tab prevented proper currency display and editing in Teamspace2 planning tables. This was resolved by merging the fiscal period and functional currency API calls.
