Strategic Portfolio Management - Centralized interface to manage and track financials. Financials Core is an internal application built on the base of the 'Investment Funding' application to enable Financial Planning of execution and strategic work entities in a generic model. Financials Core also contains the code base for the Investment Funding application which supports the capabilities to add and allocate funds for Pro customers.

- Auto-populate Expense Type on Planning Items using the default system property.
4. ACL Support on Financials Page
The Financials page now fully honours Access Control Lists (ACLs) to manage expense line entries and budget approvals.

- Intermittent issue where Investments were not correctly associated with the corresponding Planning Item.
- Resolved issues with the Full Scope Actuals column and the EAC widget.
- Fixed budget amounts not reverting when selecting “Yes” on the Discard Changes modal window.
- Added distinctions between Planned vs. Forecast columns in the Project Workspace.
- Correct display of numbers showing a trailing minus (–) sign in financial widgets when SAR is selected as the investment currency.
- Fixed incorrect display mode shown after editing the budget amount and switching modes.
- Resolved an issue where approving budgets in the Strategic Planning Workspace created duplicate Activity Log entries for capital and operating budget fields.
- Fixed an error message that appeared when creating a Project from a Demand: “An investment for this project already exists…”
- Fixed an error where expense lines are resetting to zero after time card approval.
- Corrected fiscal period cost breakdowns not honoring the user’s time zone.
- Fixed an issue causing the last cell in cost plans to blank when created outside the valid time scope.
- Corrected error messaging for Financials in SPW when fiscal periods are missing and Expense/Cost Types do not appear as choice fields.
- Minor UI improvements and cosmetic bug fixes.
