The Mobile Reach IT Asset Management application for ServiceNow allows you to manage received assets, perform inventory tasks, and securely access and update asset data from your mobile device.
Mobile Reach provides a direct mobile integration to ServiceNow, enabling your IT asset management team and field techs to operate offline-capable apps on iOS devices, Android phones and tablets, and Windows Mobile devices, including barcode scanners / RFID readers.
Mobile Reach apps do not require a network connection, so the user experience is consistent and always available. Barcode scanning and RFID are seamlessly integrated with your mobile device's camera or paired scanner to ensure highly functional, effective, and productive mobile workflows.
The Mobile Reach IT Asset Management app includes Asset Receive, Asset Batch, and Asset Inventory, allowing you to create new records in the CMDB from received assets, change the data of a bulk number of existing assets, and keep track of asset inventory from your iOS, Android or Windows device.
