The ServiceNow Lens application extracts and comprehends data from emails, images, handwritten notes and forms, websites, and applications. ServiceNow Lens integrates with ServiceNow forms so that you can create or update records to auto-fill in your form fields. By connecting to a ServiceNow instance, you can also use ServiceNow Lens in a standalone mode to see a preview of the extracted data or get insights about your use cases. ServiceNow Lens is a desktop application that you can download for both Windows and macOS operating systems.
