ServiceNow® Legal Counsel Center Classic is an app included with Legal Service Delivery that works in concert with Legal Request Management and Legal Matter Management. Legal Counsel Center Classic helps lawyers, paralegals, and internal legal teams keep on top of all legal affairs within their company, enabling them to categorize, prioritize and efficiently address legal requests and issues from a single interface.
Important: Legal Counsel Center Classic is being prepared for deprecation. When upgrading Legal Counsel Center Classic, it is best to upgrade to a version 6.3.8 or newer. For more information, refer to the topic "Exploring Legal Counsel Center Classic" in product documenation.
