IR Collaborate’s integration into ServiceNow provides visibility into Communication and Collaboration services and enriches the IT Service Management (ITSM) and Telecommunication Service Management (TSM) capability to assist customers improve their service and incident management.
This application is used to import and maintain CIs from IR Prognosis Platform.

- This integration relies on the Import Set REST API to receive the data from Prognosis.
