IR Collaborate is a user experience management solution for Communication and Collaboration ecosystems, supporting platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex by Cisco.

IR Collaborate’s integration into ServiceNow provides visibility into Communication and Collaboration services and enriches the IT Service Management (ITSM) and Telecommunication Service Management (TSM) capability to assist customers improve their service and incident management.
This application is used to import and maintain CIs from IR Prognosis Platform.
Collaboration Platforms supported includes:

This application uses ServiceNow Integration Hub ETL and Import Sets tables to import and maintain the CIs in IR Collaborate CMDB.

Prognosis integration for ServiceNow CMDB brings Collaborate visibility data into the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) at configurable intervals to enrich the ServiceNow users data and establish relationships between collaborate Users and Services with other collaborate data like Devices, Endpoints, Rooms, Platforms etc.
- This integration relies on the Import Set REST API to receive the data from Prognosis. The integration then transforms and maps the Collaborate accounts, Services, Devices, Device endpoints, Rooms, Platforms, Licenses and Plan into the appropriate CMDB Configuration Item (CI) so that it can be used in various Service Management and Asset Management applications like ITOM and ITSM.
