The Silobreaker SIR Integration will fetch tickets from the Silobreaker platform and create Security Incidents and Security Cases in ServiceNow based on given criteria and can generate tickets in Silobreaker based on Security Tasks and Security Cases.

Silobreaker’s bi-directional integration with ServiceNow strengthens collaboration between TI teams and stakeholders, supporting two key workflows:
- Respond to RFIs from ServiceNow directly in Silobreaker – Prioritize RFIs, pivot into relevant intelligence, and extract key entities (e.g. IOCs, malware, vulnerabilities). AI-assisted workflows streamline intelligence extraction, assessment drafting, and response dissemination back to ServiceNow.
- Disseminate Threat Intelligence to ServiceNow teams – Analysts can create Security Incidents or Security Cases from emerging threats (e.g. supplier breaches, credential leaks, exploited vulnerabilities) and automatically distribute them to stakeholders using customizable business rules for faster remediation.
- Create new Security Incidents and Security Cases from Silobreaker tickets based on defined criteria
- Create Silobreaker tickets from existing Security Tasks and Security Cases based on defined criteria
