The ServiceNow® Smart Assessment Reporting application enables you to report on question responses across many submitted assessments. Build a report for a single template version, choose the columns to include, and download the result as a CSV file with one row per assessment.
- Cross-assessment reporting - Report on question responses across many submitted assessments for a single template version, with a CSV file containing one row per assessment.
- Flexible column selection - Choose columns from assessment properties, question responses by section and subsection, and fields from the scope record and its related tables. Scores and justifications aren't supported as columns.
- Snapshot and regeneration - Each report captures the data at generation time and is marked stale when newer assessments are submitted, so you can regenerate it to include them.
- Access-aware results - Reports reflect the creator's own data access, so no report exposes data the creator can't read. Reports are visible only to their creator.
- Reusable report settings - Other users can see that a report exists and use Copy report settings to create their own report with the same template, version, and columns, generated against their own access.
