The Unimax Monitor application enables telecom and UC teams to monitor the status of telecom and unified communications (UC) moves, adds, changes, and deletes that have been initiated by ServiceNow, self service employees, or help desk agents.
The Monitor application monitors and reports the status of MACD activity within Unimax’s:
- ServiceNow integration (which enables an organization to trigger telecom MACDs and workflows from ServiceNow)
- LineOne (which provides self service employees the ability to execute their own telecom MACDs such as voicemail password resets)
- HelpOne (which enables help desk agents to execute telecom MACDs without assistance from the IT or telecom departments)
- 2nd Nature (which enables telecom and UC teams to unify the provisioning and management of their various UC, PBX, voice messaging and other critical business systems by providing a single, centralized management and administration interface.)
The Monitor application is powered by Unimax’s powerful REST API called Web Services Foundation. This technology enables an organization to integrate many common telecom and UC tasks into the deployment module of ServiceNow. The API can trigger any of our MACD capabilities for telecom and UC objects (e.g. users, phones, mailboxes, etc.) including initiating an automated workflow.
The Unimax Monitor application allows admins and telecom engineers to instantly see the status of:
- All scheduled and on-demand MACD projects
- The 50 most recent MACDs triggered
- Total current Unimax license count
Initial release.
- This application is intended for use with the ServiceNow ITSM product.
