Field Service Quality Management adds a review gate between task completion and final close — so quality issues, missing data, and incomplete work get caught and corrected before a work order is officially closed, not discovered after the fact through callbacks or customer complaints.
When a technician soft-closes a work order, a designated reviewer audits the job data and quality before approving final completion. If something's missing or doesn't meet standard, the reviewer sends it back to the technician with the specific information needed. The work order stays open until it's right.
The result is cleaner records, fewer return visits, and a closed work order that actually reflects the work that was done.
Field Service Quality Management enables the following :

- Reviewer can review the soft closed work order tasks for quality and data before it’s completed.
