The RecruitLink application provides a workflow with a process-oriented approach to Recruitment while incorporating the ITSM paradigm and framework to the recruiting function. Standard functions such as creating new postings, candidate submission, and interview feedback capture are provided using ServiceNow workflow to ensure streamlined recruitment operations and management.
RecruitLink improves efficiency by integrating communication amongst senior leadership, recruitment managers, recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers into a centralized recruitment system. The application includes insightful and actionable reports/metrics which allows all stakeholders to seamlessly work together across functions and improves the overall efficiency of the recruitment function
