The Notify Webex Connector expands Notify's communication channels by managing and initiating a Cisco Webex meeting directly from any task record such as an incident, change, or request.
- Start and end a Cisco Webex meeting from Major Incident Workbench or from any task record such as incident and change request.
- Manage a Cisco Webex meeting by adding or removing participants.
- Track and report the meeting details such as meeting duration and attendees for further analysis.

- The "deny-unless" authentication ACL allows only authenticated users to access the tables related to collaboration services. This ACL significantly enhances the security of the data and prevents unauthorized access.
