The Service Contractor Base application provides the foundational data model and role framework required to manage outsourced service providers within Customer Service Management (CSM) and outsourced contractors with Field Service Contractor Management. It enables organizations to define external organizations to deliver customer service and to define external contractors, associate them with service organizations, and control how they participate in case handling and service delivery workflows.
