By providing a unified interface, it serves as a single pane of glass to monitor and manage the entire automation landscape, leveraging the efficiency of Generative AI to streamline processes and enhance decision-making across diverse automation tools and platforms such as robotic process automation (RPA) systems, low-code development environments, and third-party integration platforms.
User Task Step Summarization: The ability to generate task-level information in human-readable format on the Automation Request form streamlines the process of creating AI Agents. By providing clear, structured summaries of tasks directly within the form, this feature reduces manual input errors and accelerates the AI Agent creation workflow. This capability is specifically designed to operate within the Automation Center scope, ensuring alignment with existing processes and governance standards.

Now Assist for Automation Center streamlines the process of initiating automation requests directly from the Task Mining workspace. Mandatory fields—including Process Name, Description, and Details Sequence of Steps—are automatically populated to minimize manual effort.
