SAM Pro customers can also receive application inventory and usage data.
With Kandji’s ServiceNow integration, admins can automatically send Kandji device asset information to their ServiceNow tenant. Once configured, Kandji automatically pushes any additions or changes to ServiceNow in real-time to ensure that ServiceNow is up-to-date with the latest Apple device asset details.
- Automatically pushes information about your Apple devices directly into ServiceNow.
- Initial configuration will start a push of the complete device inventory in Kandji
- Automatically updates existing device records in ServiceNow
- Ongoing data sync performed in near-real-time as changes to device data occur
- For SAM Pro licensed customers, application inventory and usage data is also sent
