The enhanced workflow incorporates a self-healing feedback loop, deep resolution analysis, and automated execution tracking to continuously improve article quality and generation accuracy. Advanced reporting capabilities provide visibility into KB usage, incident reduction, user feedback, dashboard metrics, and execution status, enabling organizations to measure the effectiveness of their knowledge management process and drive continuous improvement.
