Absolute provides enhanced device visibility through its digital tether being embedded in the firmware of endpoint devices. - Absolute Remote Management – Run Playbook
- End users can now execute playbook templates directly from the ServiceNow UI within the Absolute Remote Management menu.

- The End-User Messaging action now includes a dropdown to select existing End User Message Templates from Absolute.
- Selected templates can be further customized, eliminating the need to author message HTML from scratch.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
- Fixed an issue where the Remote Management widget did not correctly display available actions for users without full Remote Management access. Authorized actions are now shown correctly based on user permissions.
- macOS CryptoWipe enhancement: When performing the Wipe Remote Management action on macOS devices, you can now optionally provide a username and password.

- Remote Management Command Functionality: Improved the device freeze remote management command functionality to automatically set the device freeze status and freeze code upon the execution of the freeze command, eliminating the need to wait for the freeze code to be imported during a nightly sync.
- UI Action Update: The “Remove Absolute Device Freeze” UI action has been updated to remove the absolute_device_unenroll role requirement, changing it to the absolute user role instead.
