The Conversational Interfaces Diagnostic Tool enables admins and technical support engineers to diagnose common configuration and plugin setup issues by interacting with a diagnostic chatbot using Virtual Agent. After installation, users interact with a chatbot on the web portal. A subscription to Virtual Agent is not necessary to use the diagnostic tool, but Virtual Agent Lite is required (it is active by default in San Diego and later). Users other than admins and technical support engineers cannot see or use the diagnostic tool.
- Diagnose plugin installation and configuration, as well as integration-specific diagnosis for Conversational Interfaces, including Virtual Agent and Advanced Work Assignment features. More advanced diagnosis is available for the following integrated applications:
- Microsoft Teams
- Advanced Work Assignment
- Verify system property values are set correctly.
- Diagnose error messages by asking general questions.

Dynamic Translation Support Topic is deleted and will not show in Virtual Agent anymore.
