This Predictive Intelligence application enables increased productivity for security analysts and reduced resolution time of phishing attacks with machine learning that automatically categorizes user-reported phishing incidents.
Machine learning models trained on your organization's historical user-reported phishing reports are used to predict new submissions. Analysts are presented with the results and a confidence score to enable quicker decision-making. Workflows on prediction results and confidence scores can automatically disposition security incidents reducing the triage burden on incident response teams.
The supported capabilities include :
- Machine learning model trained on the organization's user-reported phishing incidents for higher prediction accuracy.
- Import of training data from custom sources (custom tables) or import through a CSV file for faster time to value.
- Machine learning prediction results (Legitimate or Suspicious) on security incidents in real-time with confidence scores for the analyst to review and act.
