Customer Data Models for B2B2C (business-to-business-to-consumer) allow organizations across industries to easily configure multi-level customer relationships that enable them to trace case flows from business customers to their end customers. With the B2B2C model, you can support business customers who, in turn, serve the end consumer. This model can be used to support:
- Employees of a business customer
- End consumers of a business customer
- Enable customer service managers and agents to associate consumers to accounts, create sold products/install bases, and create cases for account consumers.
- Enable account consumers to view install bases/sold products and create cases from the customer portal.
- Enable contacts and partners to view install bases/sold products/cases, and create cases for account consumers.
