Knowledge management
- Shipped out-of-the-box knowledge bases defined at two levels: individual business unit knowledge bases (Human Resources, Legal, Source to Pay, Workplace Services, and Health & Safety) and a CBS aggregate knowledge base.
- Owners and managers can be defined by the admin in the Knowledge module for each knowledge base to ensure proper governance and content tracking.
- Shipped new AI skills module under the Platform module on Configuration console enables admins to activate knowledge-specific skills from simplified setup.
- Improve article optimization in terms of content quality, identification, and merging of duplicate articles to eliminate redundant content.
- Shipped Now Assist search sources for all the business unit for Knowledge article generation from case tables on the Knowledge center.
- Create contextually relevant articles from case tables and drive better AI-assisted content creation by enabling Knowledge Content Recommendation skill from AI skills module.
Goups for Core Business Suite
- Admins can now manage access to the Core Business Suite analytics dashboard through the new Groups module under Core Business Suite module. Define which users have view and edit access by adding them to groups, providing fine-grained control over who can access reporting and metrics across your Core Business Suite implementation.
